my dp and I have been together almost 6 years
he has 3 children from previous marriage
one minute he is allowed to see them, the next it dont suit her (his ex)
the poor children get pulled from pillar to post.
there was always ALWAYS always a row before pick ups or phone calls which cant do the children any good
he last saw them almost 2 years ago (when I had my dd with dp)
weve heard shes told the kids daddy has a new family
he just got a message out the blue from her saying are you ready to play daddy now to your kids, it was her who stopped all contact telling dp that his children didnt want to see him again.
she doesnt want her kids being involved in my dd's life but she is their sister and they deserve to know one another.

2 years?! I'm not condoning her behaviour but why hasn't he gone to court?
Has she broken the contact order? Why has he allowed this to happen if he has enough money to have another baby?

Has he kept up letter/phone/fb contact through that time so his dc know he does want them and he can try & minimize her effect on their relationship?

I wouldn't really say this is a one minute he can, one minute he can't if he hasn't seen them for 2 years.

What about setting up third party hand overs?
Poor kids.

Yes,I was about to ask why he hasn't got this sorted through the courts, 2 years?!!

Two years??? What's he been doing for two years to re-establish contact? Has he been to court? She may well be every bit the nightmare you say, but has he not managed to find some way to see his children in two years?
