Nippas or poppers?

Just stabbed myself on a Nippa and bled on new Fluffle as a result - am congenitally clumsy. Don't have many cloth nappies yet but plan to buy more. what do you prefer poppers or nippas?

TIA

Ohh bless.

I love my nippas and poppers equally. The only thing I hate is those horrid big pins. I have never drawn blood with a nippa though otherwise I would probably opt for poppers.

Nippas. I have only drawn blood once (and it really hurt!!!), but poppers I always end up with slightly too tight, or slightly too loose.

Poppers as they're less inviting to fiddle with than a nippa.

I prefer nippas as they let you wiggle the nappy to fit properly rather than having to compromise because the poppers don't quite do it properly ( as Flamesparrow pointed out).

Have suffered at teh teeth of a nippa...ouch! As has ds when he grabbed at it and gave it a good hard yank and tore his finger tip...He does find them irresistable!

I'd go with poppers just because a nippa is another thing to lose! If your LO had just had a velcro or popper nappy on and then you change them into a nippa, you end up with a wriggling baby and no nippa if you're like me (or dp).

Nippas, get an exact fit every time with them although if I had a choice prefer applix full stop cause I am sooo sick of losing nippas.

if you go for nippas (which I love) you have to buy lots of packets and store them all over the house, car, granny's etc etc!

they appear to have started making them in new colours which appeals to sad people like me who feel the need to buy lots!

I've bought the new non-gender specific pastel pack for new baby (due any day) but if it's a girl will go back for the girly colours... How sad am i?!

in order of preference due to a better fit:

nippas
aplix
poppers
