bottle before bath?

I have been wondering how to get round the cleaning teeth after a bottle issue, as at the moment I breastfeed my LO after teeth cleaning (she is 9 months). I am going to stop breastfeeding at 11 months in preparation for when I go back to work, so was thinking of giving a beaker of warm milk BEFORE her bath, then bath, teeth, stories, bed. Does anyone else do this and do you think it will work?

I did that not because of teeth (we don't have any yet) but we had a sleep- milk association which needed to change! It works the only thing I found is that DS took less milk before his bath than after? He was confused at first but only took 2 nights to get him used to the new routine!

I'm sure it would work fine, a bedtime routine is whatever you want it to be. We always did bath, then through to the living room (bathroom is downstairs) for a bottle and either a story or a few minutes of quiet TV - I say 'quiet', but now she is a bit older she loved watching some You've Been Framed before bed Hmm - then we did her teeth and went into the bedroom for stories and bed. So the bath was actually the start of the wind-down routine. 'Bedtime' often lasts the better part of an hour in our house!

We do bath, then bottle in the living room, teeth, book, bed. He's 8 months.
