German groups/playgroups/kindergarten/meet-up's in Herts, for 3 year old

Hi. We're moving from Frankfurt. Neither my partner, nor I, speak much German, but our child has been brought up so far Bi-lingual. We'd desperately like him to continue his German. Are there any groups that people can suggest in, or around, Hitchin. Thanks.
