Checking on baby in car seat in an estate car

Anyone know a way I can check up on my baby in his rear facing car seat? I have a Volvo estate so the mirrors you stick to the back window are no good and the one that velcros to the head rest doesn't reflect him....

Try putting the mirror on a different head rest...

Is there any way you can switch off the front airbag and put the car seat in the front passenger seat? Other than that it just be a case of keeping an ear open ...

I have a Volvo estate too. Get the mirror that straps around the headrest and fiddle with it until its in the right place.

I have one of these

The straps are pretty adjustable. I can't see DD at all times but if I stop at lights I can turn around and see her. I'm sure I could work up a better solution with this product if I tried harder.

We had a mega mirror which is pretty big, making it easy to adjust to see baby.

Or try using the middle head rest as suggested up thread.
