My daughter is 19 months, her dad decided he wanted nothing to do with her when I was pregnant (ONS) (12year friendship) he started dating someone during my pregnancy which made that decision... Telling me "if I wasn't with her I would take to do with the baby" Hmm We haven't spoken but I have found out he has split from his GF, and I'm sort of expecting him to contact me.... He gives me maintenance towards our daughter. Call me a fool, but deep down I would likely welcome her meeting her dad, as much as he has angered me. I don't want her not knowing him, would I be a fool to accept him into her life or would I be doing the right thing since she is still rather young?

Not been in that situation Rockin so sorry but didn't feel able to advise. Think about asking MNHQ to move this thread to the single parent section, you might get a few more replies Smile
