My DS is 6 months old, a heavy little chubster and likes to be carried. I have an ergo which I love but have a couple of weddings coming up so looking for something about softer and prettier. Preferably not involving lots of wrapping and tying - I have a moby which was great when he was tiny but I find it a bit of a faff now.

TIA!!

Zulilly have Rose and Rebellion on sale this week and I've heard they're good (although I haven't seen one personally).

A friend has a Madam GooGoo, it's gorgeous and completely customisable. Eyeing one up myself if I sell my beloved manduca!

Rose and rebellion and connecta are on the cheaper side and have lovely designs. I have a wompat which I love, and would like a madam googoo, both expensive slings and good for comfort if wearing for some time.

I think you should get a ring sling! They have the prettiness and floatiness of wraps without the complication. I just bought an oscha starry night ring sling for the weddings I have this year, it was pricey but it is beautiful. I'd highly recommend oscha as it came so soft & gorgeous and really quickly as they are based in Scotland. You can obviously get ring slings much cheaper but I think it's your best bet in terms of prettiness & dressiness.
