How can I help my 10yr old daughter make new friends

My 10yr old is a lovely sociable girl is always out playing and find that kids are easily drawn to her (talking younger kids from 6-8) when we were staying at my mums she had a few pals 3 girls but they don't live there were only down if visiting
We have moved to our own wee place 5-10 mins away from where we were
It's a quite street after a few month she made a wee friend her age lives across the street now it seems she doesn't want to be friends with my girl anymore never comes out when she goes in for her and when my girl says hi she either gets ignored or a rude "hi" back
This lassie seems more interested in playing with another girl (again same age)

I'm thinking it's rather rude and not nice my girl I've told her to not to say anything to the lassie and see how things go

Is there anything I can do to help with her making new friends especially her own age

Does she have any interests like dancing or gymnastics? Thinking she could join a class or after school club where she'd meet other children the same age (and with similar interests?). Guess that might cost a bit (sorry I haven't got to the school years yet so I'm not really sure how that all works!). But getting her somewhere where she can meet other children she's likely to have something in common with has got to be a good move?
