I'm wondering what I can do with my daughter on a day to day basis, at home and outside. Our local toddler groups really are boring and she just cries to get out of them... Help!

Local park
City farm if there is one
Planting some easy things she can tend to
Painting
Baking

Bike rides if she has a little trike or scooter

Ds is 16 months old, we do go to playgroups and ds loves them but when we are not at playgroup we go to the library, ds likes choosing new books and he likes to use his library card. We have a local free petting farm, we go there about 3 times a week. Feeding the ducks, park with a picnic, trip to the shops on the bus, bike rides, we have a bike seat for ds on the back of my bike, shopping centers (only occasionally) ds loves the escalators and watching the people, bbq-ing sausages by the beach. We have year membership to 2 local family attractions, we got them for ds as his first birthday present, a few times a month we go to one of these attractions ( zoo and indoor play/funfair type places) at home we do drawing, building brio train track, duplo, making cookies ( from pre made dough) water play on the balcony if it's a nice day.

I still find myself struggling for things to do and ds is at nursery 3 days a week.

Park, books, wooden puzzles, playdates, walks where you haven't got anywhere to be urgently so the toddler can pick up every leaf and point at every flower, our local libraries have toys and books which is nice for a change of scenery, toddler drop in swimming, Skype!
