My 9 MO was sleeping till around 6am but has now started waking at 4am and only boob will get her back to sleep. Will it pass? Should I not feed her? Is she hungry? Daily routine has changed recently and is:
615 bf
730 cereal
915-1015 nap
1030 fruit snack
12 lunch-sandwich (1 slice) with filling and 125mls soya yoghurt and fruit
130 200mls formula
2-245 nap
3 rice cake
4 dinner (hot, 180mls-ish, veg and protein)
630 bath
645 bf
7 bed
715 asleep.
Any tips/ideas/anything wrong with my routine?

If she's taking a milk feed at that time it suggest she's hungry. Would a light supper alongside her bedtime milk help her last a little longer and help her sleep a little better?
Also, could the lighter mornings and birdsong be causing her to wake earlier than normal? If so, would blackout blinds and curtains help as well as some background noise to block out the extra sounds?

thanks, turns out she is ill, she has a temp, so am putting it down to that and will see if she settles when she is better!
