Parenting books about toddlers?

So DD is 17 months and rapidly growing up... she is my first and I realise how little I know about the next stage.

I know books don't have all the answers and every child is different but still think I could get something useful from a few half decent books about toddlers.

Any recommendations? Or any to avoid? Thank you!

(If it's relevant, my DD is a bit of a duracell bunny or "spirited" - never stops moving, doesn't sleep much, very chatty, strong opinions, swings from super happy to very cross in an instant - you get the picture!)

I bought peaceful parenting by Laura Markham (from the aha parenting website) and think it's really helpful.

I have just ordered toddler taming :) on amazon. Minds sounds just like yours OP :)

I love Toddler calm, made me see things from a toddler perspective which was quite interesting. I had borrowed it from library but ended up buying a copy and my husband appreciated it too.
