Stroller recommendations

Hi!

DS is 8 months and we are looking into buying a stroller.

I would like one that you can occasionally take on a gravel path without a problem (for walks), and with a reasonably sized basket. Easily foldable and good rain cover... and I don't want to spend fortunes.

We would also like to buy a cheap secondary one for my husband's car. He sometimes likes to pop into DIY shops after work, and if he's got DS with him when he picks him up from nursery it would be good to have a second one. That one would only be used very occasionally though, and the main thing about it is that it is small.

Any tips?

Hiya, our main buggy is a Baby Jogger Summit XC which we think is a great all rounder and which DS loves. One snag was having to buy the rain cover separately but I think there are other versions where it's included. We got ours on offer from Kiddicare for about £200, I think.

Our 'compact' one is the Quicksmart Easy Fold Stroller which folds down small enough to go into an overhead locker on a plane. This we sourced through Amazon and was under £100.

Hope this helps.

I'll second the baby jogger, it's amazing. But I have a gt.
There is a section on buggies and pushchairs in products. Lots of experts, they helped me out
