Thinking self catering in devon or cornwall with lots for a busy toddler?

I can't recommend this place highly enough in Devon, near Dartmouth:

www.higherbowden.com/

We stayed there twice when ds1 was about 18mo and again when he was 2.5yo. They have thought of everything you might need for small children from indoor safety features, blackout blinds, outdoor play areas, indoor heated pool, large indoor play room with a big range of toys and ride-ons, sandpit. It is in a tranquil setting 1 mile from a beach (not soft sand, need to drive a little further for that, but lovely beachside cafe and big sandpits set in the more shingly sand. The location itself is very pretty. There is even a dvd library for adults so you can put your lo to bed in the evening and open a bottle of wine and choose from their dvd library.

I've just got back from a week at Knowle Farm, Rattery which is about 5 miles from Totnes. Rattery is the nearest village. It has chickens, ducks, pigs, sheep, pigs a llama rabbits and guinea pigs. Also an indoor pool, soft play area and a toddler race track. It's self catering and I'd recommend it
