Bamboozle - query re nappy nippa version

I seem to remember reading on a thread somewhere recently that the makers of bamboozles (tot bots?) have acknowledged that the fabric eventually piles to the point that you cannot use a nappy nippa on them...and that they have offered to convert any ones purchased to velcro. But I can't find anything else out about this on the interweb and I can't find the thread I read it on.

Can anybody help? Or did I dream it? [sigh...]

Yup - they take em away and put aplix on. Try tots bots and do the "contact us" bit if you can't find anything on there.

Wow, thanks for mentioning this, I have 2 nippa bamboozles and they are a damn pain.

Thanks for that info, thought it was just me having problems. Have just emailed tots bots.

I've had a reply from Tots Bots saying I can just send the old nippas back to be velcro-ed. I always knew they were a warm and cuddly company - good on them!

Ahh, just had the same response too.

I had my nippas back today (only sent them on Friday) with velcro added. I also received a free unbleached booster which I assume is to cover my postage for sending them in. Well done Tots Bots!
