What to wear - 20 degrees

So it's 20 degrees in London today, what should I be dressing my 14 week old in (and at night)? Thanks ladies

Single layers over ss vest. Sunhat too, perhaps!?

Thank you. Went out today and some babies were still dressed in fleece jackets so I think it depends on the individual. I took my LO out in vest, baby grow, blanket, pram cover and sun hat. Took a little jacket for him with me but didn't end up putting it on.
