I never go on here on my phone, I can never find what I want to see quick enough.

We're all good thank you.

Going away in the caravan this weekend, leaving tomorrow after work. Only going 30 miles away, but to a lovely site with good fiends so really looking forward to it.

Have you got any plans?

When do you go on your huge trip choccy?

Iwish · 23/08/2014 10:02

I don't use my laptop, can't be bothered. I either use my tablet or phone.

Your weekend sounds nice liz! I wish we were going somewhere. Nick is working today so I'm going to see my mum and mil and doing the food shop - oh the delights lol.
We will hopefully do something together tomorrow and Monday.

How are you choc?

lizandlulu · 25/08/2014 20:36

We're back, had a really good time although the bloody westher has really put a dampened on it for me. It's been really chilly, I was hoping for warm and sun, just enough to let the kids run about without worrying about coats and coughs, but it was cold enough and they needed jackets on. Plus was too cold to sit about at night.

Also forecast rain for all day today and that's what's happening so we packed up first thing and came home.

Yes choccy, how are you?

Did you do anything nice in the end?

Iwish · 01/10/2014 10:31

Hey girls! How are you?

We are good. Was Joshua's birthday on 18/09 and we spent the day at the zoo then had a little family party at home with Joshua's grandparents and great grandparents.
I'm going back to work in 4 weeks too Sad.

Choccywoccydodah · 21/10/2014 12:30

Course I will Smile
Been a looooooooong road so I really hope this is it and nothing goes wrong. Haven't had any 'symptoms' as such, but I didn't with Euan either so not massively concerned, however a bit of sickness actually would be reassuring!! Xx

I'm not sure if I told you, but a neighbour of mine, after 16 years of thinking she couldn't have any more kids, she has one, out of the blue she find out she's pg.

Also a girl I went to school with, had fertility problems, told she couldn't have kids, not she's also pg.

Must be something in the air ;)

Choccywoccydodah · 21/10/2014 18:57

Blimey there must be!!
Rob has a theory that they put something in the water and they don't want you having babies (rolls eyes) because NOONE is having babies are they! Muppet sometimes that one lol!

Choccywoccydodah · 22/10/2014 14:12

Started brown spotting this morning (5 weeks), turned to pink this afternoon. Had enough now.
If this one hasn't stuck I don't think I can try again.

OP posts:
lizandlulu · 22/10/2014 14:50

Oh god I really hope it's ok. FFS it doesn't make any sense.

I'm thinking of you, let us know x

Choccywoccydodah · 22/10/2014 16:26

I know, I don't understand it.
We're just waiting it out for the San next week. Not going to bother doing any tests etc as they don't give you a definite anyway, just that you have the hormone.
I've got forms for blood tests (dr gave them me last month), but we are off to wales for the night tomorrow, so can't go til Monday. The results wouldn't be in til Wednesday and my scan is Thursday so I'll wait it out.
Think I have to accept euey may be an only :'(

Here's hoping its something and nothing. Fingers, toes, everything crossed for you.

Don't give up hope. I know a couple of people who've had problems second time round, but gone on to have second and thirds. Please don't think it won't happen.

Iwish · 24/10/2014 20:43

Oh no huni I hope it isn't bad news.
Thinking of you xxxx

Choccywoccydodah · 08/11/2014 17:31

Hi ladies, sorry if I've gone underground.
I've come off fb, can't handle seeing all the happy scans that 3 of my friends have just announced.
Course I'm over the moon for them, just heartbreaking for me. Selfish I know but that's how I feel.

Had a scan on Thursday 30th to check all had gone. Was my birthday the Saturday, great present ay?
Got there and she wouldn't scan me initially as I'd had a negative test so she said there was no need. I told her I was told to come in anyway (I wasn't) and was quite insistent do scanned me. They've now found a large fimbrial cyst 5-6cm round. They said it had nothing to do with all that's happened but they've got to keep an eye on it, and go back mid December. It's basically on the 'hand' looking thing that holds your ovary at the top of the tube.

We're having a couple of months off anyway and going to talk about things in the new year.
Feeling very low at the moment but getting through. Doesn't help Euan started asking for a baby brother the other day which broke my heart.

Anyway, just trying to get on with things. Had a lovely birthday weekend. Went into Birmingham for the night last Friday with Rob, then my mum and dad brought Euan over Saturday and we all went to disney on ice which was fab! Went for lunch with mum and dad then went to the fireworks with some friends that evening with their little girl too. They stayed the night and then had a lovely chilled day with my boys the Sunday.

Going to London on Monday overnight with rob and going to watch les Mis and do some Xmas shopping.

Going on hols at the end if the month and before you know it, it'll be Xmas! So just focussing on that for now.
I actually feel more chilled out now we're not trying, and enjoying Euey a lot more. Makes me wonder what I've missed being so into all this and I feel awful for letting all this take over.
We'll just have to see what the new year brings.

How's yous x

Morning. I've been thinking of you, I did wonder only the other day about fb, I thought I hadn't heard anything from you on there for a while so searched but couldn't find you, I did half think maybe you've deleted me :/ what a relief to find you havemt and were still all here!!

Such a crap load of shit your having to deal with. Biggggggg hugs

How's Euan? It's scary how they're growing now. Ridiculous really!

Chris keeps saying he wants to try for a boy. He's even gone to far as to look into getting his sperm washed to garusntee a boy. I just can't face it tho. Violets now out of her pushchair, no more nappies bottles or any baby stuff and getting full night sleep most nights. I just can't face doing it al again. I've had the promises of 'course I'll help you, I'll do my bit' but I've heard that one before.

I've got to get kids ready to go, I'll check back later

Ohh I'm so pleased you've posted on here :))))))

Choccywoccydodah · 27/01/2015 14:20

Hi ladies!!

Hope all is well with you both.
All ok here. Had a few months off trying now and had an appt at the hospital yesterday to take part in a recurrent mc trial.
It's called the response trial. Basically it's a blind test and you could be given a drug or placebo no one knows, they look the same.
It's injections so I'm a bit Hmm about that esp if it's not the drug, but you never know.
Anyway I got accepted onto the trial yesterday and have a nice tote bag armed with clear blue digi ov tests and pregnancy tests.
As soon as its a positive preg test I have to ring them and go straight in.
The trial is to see if this drug helps with implantation.
I'm really nervous but looking forward to it, I just hope I get the real thing!

Lol about the boy thing Liz. Do you not want any more? We just want the 2. I was 1 of 3 and hated it, but my 2 brothers are a lot older than me. I don't mind whether we have a boy or girl (if I get there!). One of each would be lovely, but would love Euey to have a brother.

I know what you mean about starting again. I'm looking forward to that bit as I've only done it once, however Rob would like to fast forward a couple of years lol. He didn't really enjoy the baby bit.

Euans been out of the buggy since last June but he still gets lazy and want carrying sometimes. However, he's now 105cm and 3 stone (19kgs) so he's a big lump! The scooter comes in very handy!! (And bribery!) Also he's been back to 12-12.5 hours at night for months, so he wakes bang on 8am every morning so it's nice getting guaranteed sleep.
He's full of a cough and runny nose and puffy eyes, but he wanted to go to preschool today so he's gone.
You can tell he's not himself as he's just wining and crying at everything (he's like me when I'm ill lol!)
He woke up a few times sunday night and it was a killer! Poor thing was just coughing as soon as he stirred and it woke him up. Finally took some medicine and settled him again.

Rob's got manflu today too, so between the pair of them, this morning was a rush as the decorator was coming to do some filling too! Thankfully he was running late so I took Euey and rob went back to bed lol.
Back tomorrow to wallpaper, so excited!

Also been on a diet since 2nd Jan and lost 11lbs so far. Hoping that might help with getting pregnant too
:)

Keep in touch. I've come off fb again. Only went on for a few days and it was already pissing me off!

Great minds think alike! I just had a look see if anyone had posted and here you are!, but I've got to go on the school run, so I'll post later on tonight :)

Choccywoccydodah · 29/01/2015 19:14

Yey!
Had the snug papered yesterday, looks loooooooovely! I've painted the ceiling twice today, needs a bit more filling (it had awful polystyrene squares which we took off) then one more coat and should be done.
Then got to paint the walls (had it papered instead of bare walls to give it a bit of texture when we paint), then floorboards have got to be sanded, but a couple need replacing first, then we're done.
Our bedroom next in 2 weeks, soooooo excited about that!! We've been in one of the spare rooms for 14 months, so can't wait!! However looked at furniture today and the stuff we like is 18 week delivery time as we've got to get the bed made as they only do up to super king and we want an emperor size. WTAF?? So we'll have the room done but still won't be able to use it! Trying to find someone else that can do it.

Think I may be coming down with Rob's flu, I've been sick to my throat all day, apparently that's how his started, fanflippintastic!
Euey's still got sniffles but heaps better.

You got snow? Started here earlier but not settled but meant to be getting it overnight Hmm
