Namechanged for topic.

I was so frustrated with her misbehaviour (she's 4) that I threw her jumper at her. Unfortunately I think the zip caught her just above the eye.
Fortunately it has done no lasting physical damage. I felt sick thinking about how it nearly caught her eye.

I need help, but I don't know where to get it from.

Should I talk to GP about anger management courses?
Social worker?
Children's Centre?

Any suggestions welcome

Many if us gave reacted like this. 4 year olds can be hard work.
Great book is
Peaceful parenting

Practical strategies that help.
But I still lose it and shout like ten mins ago when my son chased my daughter for a toy and she fell and split her lip.
But get help so ehow if you feel you are on the edge of losing it too often....not ss but a book or a course.

Gosh I'm 38 weeks pregnant and seriously irritable with my 4 year old dd.

I do feel bad as she starts school after the summer and I wanted this to be quality time before baby comes.
