I'm looking for inspiration and hopefully support if others are at the throwing food stage!
Ds is not quite 18mo and has had:
snack yesterday pm: soreen malt loaf
dinner (5:45pm) prawn stirfry and noodles-most went on the floor though he did seem to like water chestnuts 
Breakfast:shreddies and half a banana
snack: organix cereal bar and some raisins
lunch (2pm as he napped late): half ham sandwich, hummous and cucumber. Ate a reasonable amount.
Tea tonight will be roasted veg pasta and cheese.
Any ideas for portable snacks welcomed-I spend a fortune on organix cereal bars but can't think what to replace them with.
