30 days squat challenge. Doing squats for 30 days for a lil feel good pick me up.... I stRted tonight .... Was just wondered if anyone else had done it?Grin

I did it and am sticking to doing the max number every day now. I'm 5'1" and an athletic size 8 anyway so didn't notice a huge difference, but I've read that squats are better for your pelvic floor than kegels, so for that reason alone, it's worth it :-)

Ok I've just googled it, by day 30 your on 250 squats aday. Do these need to be done all in 1 go ?

I do mine while watching telly after the kids are down. Then they're almost absent minded and after, I really feel like I've earnt my lounge on the sofa! Smile

Yes I am. 9 weeks post c section. On 75 now! It hurts my legs but combined with core muscle exercises I have hope it will work !
