She will be just fine with her daddy. I got very poorly when my DD was the same age, and had to go and sleep over at my mums place to get some rest. My DD stayed at home with her dad, everything was fine and they had a lovely time together. Good chance for them to spend some quality time! Try not to worry, she's in capable hands. :-)

First time I left my boy new as about the same age. I cried quite a bit, dh and I went to a hotel for a treat. After dinner I asked if we could go home! I wasn't allowed.
I think it's important to leave them occasionally as they are going to grow up and we need to prepare ourselves!

Make a deal with your husb about he many times he'll txt you. That way you won't be worrying if you haven't heard anything.
