My DD is 15.5 months looks a little bit like this:

6.30/6.45 wake and get up, cup of milk
7.30-8 breakfast
11.30-12 lunch
12.30/1 - 2.30/3 - nap: this can be anything from 1.25 - 2 hours
small snack on waking
4.30/5 - dinner
6 - bath
7 - bed.

LovelyWeatherForDucks · 22/02/2014 13:36

5am-6am wake up, milk and encouraged to play in cot for a while!
7am breakfast
9am nap (wake after 30 mins)
10-11ish go out
12pm lunch
12.30/1 nap until 2/2.30
Play/go out
4.30/5 dinner
6 milk then bath
6.30/45 asleep

We are working towards dropping morning nap, so sometimes he has an early lunch at 11ish then a long nap 11.30-2ish. Can't quite work out exactly what he needs at the moment!
