is this what 2yr old boys do?

climb into sandpits (those table ones) with shoes on and mush around iin the sand and water mix
open juice cartons (i di leave it out my fault) but then poor it over the toy kitchen

pull duvets off the beds to hide

and just do mad things

please tell me its a phase too...

Dunno. Does your DH still do these things? If not, it's probably just a phase.

Yes, these are things that my DS2 would do, and that my DS1 would do at this age, and probably wouldn't now - well, certainly not the juice thing.

it's a long phase - my 4 year old still does it.....
akthough, to be fair, as Fanjo says, DH is 39 and he doesn't so I guess they stop at some point

Still waiting for my monsters (age nearly 6, nearly 9 and nearly 43!) to grow out of this phase....I have a horrible feeling it ain't a phase it's just....them!

Yes, and I am very sorry but my 3 year old stll does half those things.

the reason i ask is because my dd was 1st, a dream, and i am from an all girl family and dhs mum cant really rem as she worked when they were small and his gran has passed away.

its a constant tidy up after him.

it just amazes me that his lovely little head thinks of these things to do

my uncle had a nic name for his ds - seek & destroy.

thats cute stuff
gets much worst
my boys now (age 9 and 10)
climb trees
spalish in really mud
take duvets off to make tents
smash church windows with footballs
climb on neighbours walls

needs to hear from mn of parents with 18yr olds does it get better?
