Can I put my children in a just painted bedroom?

Just that really... Painted children's bedroom today ( no gloss used just emulsion ) children are 2 years old and an 8 month old. Windows have been open all day but now they are closed and you can still smell the fumes

I would wait another day to give it a chance to dry more thoroughly if I were you

I wouldn't. Living room camping or in your room in afraid! Especially at night I wouldn't want small children breathing fumes in

My 2 year old is on her mattress on the floor at the side of my bed and my 8 month old is in my room as well in her travel cot.
Hopefully the smell will have gone by tomorrow night!
