Bibs for dribbly baby

Sorry very boring I know.
Can anyone recommend a good bib? Ds is 8mo and very dribbly. He is just soaking up all the bibs I have, and within minutes his t shirt is wet too.
I'm changing bibs so often that there must be some better ones out there?
I started off getting cute ones that matched his outfit, then started buying any as I need so many but now wonder whether a handful of really good ones would be better?

Dribble bibs from funky giraffe are excellent the more you buy the cheaper they are. My little boy is 20 months and still wears them as he still dribbles! They wash really well and look good.

Funky Giraffe were best for us. Bought lots of them and used them all. They wash well too and seemed to absorb lots of dribble!!!

Excellent thanks. I'll have a look. Do you buy them direct from them?

yes to funky giraffe, dribble ons are also good though not cheap. Look for ones that are 100% cotton, I found the ones which were polyester would irritate DD's chin when wet.

I just folded a muslin into a triangle and tied it round his neck, cowboy style. No need to spend extra cash and the multiple layer effect under his chin took quite a while to soak through!

Tommee tippee do a towelling one with an extra roll of thickness around the front neckline.

SweetPeaPods · 09/02/2014 16:36

Muslin rubbish on ds.
Tommee tippee lasts maybe 5 mins so need something tougher!

Think mine are called bibbles, fab :)

SugarPlumpFairy3 · 10/02/2014 06:53

Funky Giraffe here too! The dribble doesn't soak through and there are lots of lovely designs.

SweetPeaPods · 10/02/2014 09:43

Thanks. I'm going to order a couple of funky giraffe to try.
We have 1 mum2mum wonder bib that he had on this morning and after 10 mins his top was wet! Definitely not worth the money!

Zippy bibs worked for us - you can get them from Amazon.

I definitely fit in with those people who suggested the funky giraffe bibs. I think they are the most perfect dribble bib.

Another vote for funky giraffe! Keep DS's clothes dry underneath. I bought 5 for £11.00 on their website.
