Alpro 1+
Koko
Almond milk
My personal favourite is hazelnut milk :)

careful with those nut milks, most of the supermarket ones are artificially sweetened to hell.

yup - bought an almond one in hurry this morning only to find sugar is second ingredient Angry

Oh well, guess I'll drink it instead

Dietician told us to try alpro soya +1 with the giraffe on if that didn't agree oaty milk or koko milk

My toddler is intolerant, we weaned on koko coconut milk as it had the highest fat content (apart from the Alpro soya).

Almond milk had highest calcium content but low fat.

My daughter was intolerant also to soya.

When she finally tolerated goats products it was wonderful! The lack of fat in her diet from substitute milks was a worry for me.

NHS guidance is usually if they can't have full fat animal milk they should be on formula or breast until 2.

I buy the unsweetened alpro almond milk for my CMPI DS. I drink it too, it's good in tea. The sweetened stuff is vile though.

We did try koko but he wasn't so keen and I wanted to avoid giving him soya for various reasons.
