Internet access/supervision in after school care setting

Just wondering what kind of records/supervision is standard in an after school care setting. My DD has been going into the computer suite since she started P4 but I haven't actually been told. I only know because of the odd comment made by DD recently. I want to get an idea as to what to expect the set up should be, what sort of records they should be keeping to show what my DD has been looking at on line, and what steps they should be taking to ensure online safe guarding is applied.

If it's an out of school club, the Internet will have extremely strict filters, pretty much the same as in school

Thanks. Do they keep records? I'm a bit concerned about the binweevils website she's mentioned as I understand there is a chat room. DD doesn't get onto chat rooms at home and I'm not happy about that being possible elsewhere at her age.
