I believe so. My gp told me up until 2 years after the birth they class it as pnd.

are you ok? I had bad pnd with ds1 so i know what it's like

think so just feeling a bit off not enjoying things like I used to. getting up & ready is becoming more difficult. I love my lo to bits but things have been quite difficult x

I am in the same situation as you, my little one is seven months old now and I feel like things have slowly become harder, getting out of bed in the morning ,getting dressed
,eating. Not for my children I will quite happily cook them dinner but I find I have no appetite myself. If it wasn't for the fact that I have to get up for school i could quite happily lie in bed and not move all day.
I went to the doctor yesterday, he gave me a questionnaire to fill out, I have to go back for a blood test next week, hopefully it will get sorted out and I can feel like my old self again.

Have you spoken to any friends or family about the way you feel?

Definitely go see your dr. It could be pnd, it could also be because you're anemic, or having thyroid problems.

Yes for me it was 4 months after. CBT really helped.

Yes definitely. I finally cracked at about 5 months, but it had been building from soon after the birth. Make sure you are prepared with what you will say to GP as I know its easy to downplay how you feel in an effort to sound more cheery with others.

went to doc and they asked me to fill in a questionaire didn't do to well. back next week to discuss options as I'm not to keen on medication Sad x

I've got my follow up to the questionnaire in the morning, i'm not too keen on medication either so i'm hoping there are some other options for me. The balls rolling though hopefully it'll only get better
