My fabulous in all other ways DD has started pooing at night and putting her hand down the back of her nappy. Changing her is not a problem as she stays asleep but I wondered if anyone had come across this and could hazard a guess at the reason? Found a couple of suggestions around onesie pjs to prevent it happening - of course!! But got it into my head it may be anxiety. Hopefully just a toddler sensory thing. Thanks.

No idea but just wanted to say - lovely! Oh dear. Yes I'd definitely go with a onesie for a bit. I'm sure someone sensible with some actual help will be along in a minute. Smile

I would say you are lucky. DS poops at night recently. I change him but be then won't oh back to sleep for hours. It is soul destroying.

My daughter, now 9, did several dirty protests at that age, most memorable one was whilst at Center Parcs, she covered the cot, walls and herself Sad

I would put her in a vest with poppers and a onesie just to be safe, not sure it was ever an anxiety thing, mine thought it was great fun!
