hello,

does anyone have any suggestions for a book that explains the differences between boys and girls, men and women and the basic body functions for an interested 2.5 yr old?

thanks very much!

wow, that's kind of advanced. And most of it is social convention.
I was going to suggest an Eric Carle book, but I think your child much more advanced than mine were.

You could try The Body Book by Claire Raynor - I think it's aimed at slightly older children but if you're little one is interested now it might answer some questions!

We bought book by Usbourne called "lift the flap questions about your body". Our 3 year old loves it and the 2 year old likes lifting the flaps and pretending to be "surprised" at each new picture under the flap.
