cranial osteopathy for sleep fighter

I have an 8 week old lo who fights sleep (sometimes physically with arms and legs going) and will wake up within a very short time if put down. This means he sleeps on me which is becoming very tiring. He was born after a very quick first labour (a few hours then only 3 big pushes). I have heard about cranial osteopathy for issues like this... anyone any experience? Could a fast labour have affected him?

I would certainly give it a go. My Ds was born via cs and always fought sleep. At 3 months he was seen by a cranial osteopath which vastly improved things, day and night. Friends and family remarked that he seemed more contented and comfortable and sleeping improved. However the sleeping slipped about a month or two after the last session so thinking of going back. He is now 6 m and still fights sleep and wakes on average 3 times a night.
