Wake around 7.30
Eat breakfast about 8.00 (anything goes!)
Go down for big nap at 11.00 or after depending on wake up time (story with milk in a sippy cup beforehand)
Sleep till 14.00
Play!
Dinner at 6.00 (whatever we're having mostly).
Wind down play, Night Garden or books
Bath at 7.00
Bottle and bed by 7.15 (usually sleeps through if teeth, cold, etc aren't bothering him)

Up between 6-7
Breakfast of porridge or weetabix or any other cereal and a cup of milk; nappy change, cream on and dressed
Play for a bit
Mo're cereal around 10 ish
Play for a bit
Lunch at 11.30-12 ish: anything really. Yesterday she had stew
Play for a bit or maybe go out. Nap if I'm lucky
Tea at around 3-4 ish: anything really. Yesterday she had chicken dinner
Play for a bit or nap if I'm lucky
Supper at 5.45 ish: cereal normally or occasionally toast
Wash or bath, nappy change, cream on, ready for bed
Cup of milk, story time, teeth time and bedtime at 6.30-7 ish

Nappy change whenever needed
Fits in around toddler's day which is more or less the same

On a nursery day she gets up as described and then goes to nursery for 8am, follows the same pattern there and comes home around 6pm for supper, bath/wash, story, milk, teeth and bed.

Hello fellow twin mum Grin

My twins are non id girls, just turned 15 months. What about yours?

SugarPlumpFairy3 · 02/01/2014 22:31

Hello Grin. My b/g twins will be 15 months on the 5th.

How are yours doing? Mine are into everything...I need eyes in the back of my head Shock. They climb everywhere. I'm braving soft play on my own with them for the first time tomorrow Confused.

sparklesparkle · 03/01/2014 12:17

very interesting lots of people with 6ish bedtimes. Our DD (14.5 mo) goes down at 7 but is waking v early at 5.30 or 6. I'm deffo going to try her on the earlier bedtime now.

neversleepagain · 03/01/2014 12:54

Well done on attempting the soft play. I have been thinking about it too.

Mine are into everything at home but are quite reserved when we are out. They stick near to me and are generally quiet little things. Wish they were like this at home too Grin

Mine were born on 29/9, yours must have been a week after mine.

milkyman · 03/01/2014 13:53

yes sparkle, we found an earlier bedtime ensure he wakes later. interesting that most seem yo have dropped a nap or stopped naps altogether (eek!). guess im lucky at the mo but expect it will change soon.... Shock Shock

milkyman · 03/01/2014 14:32

Well we survived but it was hard work Grin. It wasn't too bad while they were happy in the toddler area but it got a bit hairy when they both escaped and wanted to explore!

BigFatGoalie · 08/01/2014 22:00

My DD has this week started messing about with her naps!!! Confused
She used to nap from about 9:30/10 to after 12, AND an afternoon nap AND slept through. Now she's messing with me the little pickle dear.
Very similar to above, bath and bedtime routine usually starts between 6:00 and 6:30 depending on how tired she is, taking about 30 minutes.
