Bedtime routines for toddler and baby?

Mums of two or more please talk to me! Have a 2.5yr old and a 14wk old. Our DS1 has always had a great bedtime routine of tea at 6.30pm leading to bath, story and in bed by 7.30pm/8pm. Now at 14wks ebf DD is starting to assemble somewhat of a routine for herself and likes to be in her crib at about 7pm. My question is, how do you juggle both bedtime routines? I can't get DD to sleep with toddler in room as it needs to be dark and pretty quiet for her to fall asleep and toddler loves to jump and shout on the bed. DH is about over the Christmas hols but come new year won't be about to help with bedtimes in the week and I'm panicking! Any help very appreciated!!

Am a bit hazy on this as my youngest is now 2.5, but as I would try to cut length of oldest routine if you can. If Dd has to go to sleep first and you're on your own at bedtime.then I think.you might need wind down tv for ds to keep him entertained while ds settles, or go for super long baths and get Dd to sleep while ds in bath. This'll probably only be for a few months before Dd can be settled at the same time (as a caveat I only managed to get mine to share till aged 1 & 3 - I have one night owl amd one early riser which is not a great combo for sharing)
