Hello,

Can anyone recommend a good book that gives sensible advice on how to deal with this roller coaster of a ride I'm on please? Dealing with tantrums, feeding etc.

Kind regards

You could try the Mumsnet one?

I liked toddler taming by Christopher Green. Quite commonsensical but gold when you're in the thick of it.

Toddler Taming! My 2 are 18 and 20 now and weren't a problem during the teenage years - I'm sure this is because of the sound foundations we built early on.

No. 1 piece of advice for me was 'Punish crimes not mistakes'.

So when your toddler floods the bathroom after tipping beakers of water over the floor it's not their fault that you looked away when they were experimenting with the laws of Physics! Xmas Grin
