How do I do this so it's 'safe'?

Sorry if this is a silly Q, but I'm z bit clueless

Google Safensound. They provide email addresses for children that you can monitor - you can view each email before your child gets it if you want.

my dc (13, 10, 8) have an email address each but I have them all on my phone so I get them and check before they do. we only have it for g+ and they don't have their name in.
