I have some spare nappies ( about 40+) out of original packaging... How can a pass it on to anybody in need??

Would the local food bank take them off your hands?

Surely, wrapper or no wrapper, someone would be grateful of them.

Why don't you ask at your local children's centre. Even if they don't take them they should be able to tell you someone who would like them.
