so RA sufferers who are housewives and mums.
Tell me about your day and how you cope with things,
had a really difficult week and quite worried about the future of my RA I have even found doing my hair hard this week. and carrying cups upstairs had to use a tray :-(
I am on medication but if I am honest I don't think it's working and limited to everything else as upsets me.
so tell me how you cope
how you stay happy when you feel all you can do is the dishwasher and have a cuppa :/
thanks.

I have PsA. Short answer, I do not cope. My DH works shifts and when he's home he does nearly everything, when he's not I do the best I can, which normally means sitting and watching the kids play. On the plus side, my two (both toddlers) are great at occupying themselves. :(

I have been waiting for adult social services to come and see me for six months. I am awaiting the result of my PIP application, having started the process in July. I am constantly tired, struggling with depression, struggling with pain and struggling with moving.

I can't imagine my post feeling sorry for myself helps, and I'm sorry for that too. Hoping someone a little more positive comes along...?

Gentle non-mn hugs for you xx

thanks beyond the limits.
I'm sorry to hear how you struggle.
I understand how you are feeling. Esp with the pain and moving.
my husband sometimes has to help me get undressed in the last few weeks before Christmas. i had to get most presents from supermarket because town was so cold and such a struggle to carry heavy bags.
what do the adult social services do - do they provide help for someone to come in and help while your husband is working?
it's not nice for us to struggle the way we do but I am glad there are people who understand. xx

I'm not sure what they'll do tbh, but I'd feel better having them onside. Could well be someone coming in to help.

Been to the gp today and shes given me tramadol to try, so hoping that'll have an effect... :) upped my antidepressant dose too

Heres to 2014 being a better one Wine
