Hi,
If, as all the advice seems to be, my 4 month old should only be awake for 2 hours max before the next nap; does this mean that if she wakes from her 3rd nap at 1630 (like clockwork), that her bedtime should be 1830?? She currently starts whingeing at half 6 (tiredness kicking in) and that is when I bath her and feed her and have her in bed by 7. She then plays about till 730 and is asleep by then. Advice please?!

I think as long as she isn't overly tired and screaming by the time you do put her to bed it's ok. My DD is the same age and if she wakes from her nap at around half 4, I just stick to the routine of a bath at 6, story, feed and cuddles and bed for 7. Sometimes if her last nap finishes and she's due a nap at about 6 I'll put her down a bit earlier because I can see she's really cranky and tired

My little girl napped at 4.30 at that age infact your routine was similar to hers. I would let her nap at 4.30-5.30 then she could be up until 7.30 which is a good bedtime for her and yourself
