Christmas traditions in your family!

What are your Christmas traditions in your family?

Do you make Christmas puddings together in November and wrap them as gifts? Do you go to see a pantomime? Do you go shopping as a family? (That one isn't very traditional!) Do you go for a swim in the sea on Christmas morning like one of my friends?

I'd love to hear all your Christmas traditions!

(Nb this thread isn't about spending money on presents.)

Oh hi mint.

Em... Run around like a thing possessed tomorrow getting things done. Then set table for Christmas Dinner all the family tomorrow evening so that it's all ready. I have pjs for the kids so give those to them. either from me or from some elves!! Read Christmas stories by the fire or watch one of our favourite Christmas DVDs if there's time or else just put kids to bed after Santas snack! Get everything ready.

In the morning, we're going to have delicious smoothies. I'm going to start a breakfast smoothie craze in this house on Christmas Day! :-D

Presents and playing then dinner on and go for a nice outing.

In the evening or after dinner, I'm going to do my own thing while the kids do theirs and have some 'me' time!

Boxing Day is really fun and busy with lots of people and so is all the pre-Christmas period so it's nice for Christmas Day to be relaxed. Pretty similar to last year except for the smoothies, new jammies and 'me' time lol. Thanks for the jammies idea!
