Coping when you and DC are both ill?

So DS (2) has gamely picked up whichever horrid cold/sick bug is currently doing the rounds at his nursery, and after being up all night 2 nights in a row with him it appears he has now shared it with me which is bloody typical since he won't share anything else with anyone at the moment

So today I have had a miserable ill child and been feeling terrible myself (probably not helped by currently also being heavily pregnant). Hadn't really previously thought of coping strategies but basically have been relying heavily on CBeebies and Peppa Pig DVD.

Was just wondering how other ladies coped and if you have any tips to share?

We all get into bed, have unlimited rubbish food stocked at side and drinks and unlimited films ( never have tv any other time so can hook them). All nap at various points

We (dd and I ) both had some lousy bug a couple of weeks ago. Drink lots of warm drinks, put cbeebies or long DVDs on and do nothing. Take whatever drugs/ give calpol if you can and forget healthy eating, just have anything you fancy and can keep down. And sleep as much as possible, even if its at weird times. Hope you feel better soon xx

Beebies, disney DVDs, chocolate and ice cream.

Currently have full on cold with temp and muscle pains etc and so does DS 3.6 and dd 7m. It's bloody awful isn't it.
