I run an vetting and support organisation for nannies. We are in the planning stages of offering 'Super Nannies' to parents who might need advice, eg: new parents needing newborn advice, parents of toddlers needing toilet training advice, etc.
I would be very interested to hear comments from parents on any aspect of our scheme, including fees, how you think the advice might be better received - email? tel? home visit?
