Dd has allergy to cows milk. She's 5 months old. He sleeping is all over the place, were shattered! Paediatrician has today put her on Neocate LCP after Pepti Junior wasn't making a big enough difference.

Please tell me your experiences to help me get through the nights and days of screaming Hmm

How long did it take your dc to settle on new milk?

Did their sleep settle as well stomach?

I need hope!

DS had CMPI and improved within a few days of being put on Nutramigen AA and within a couple of weeks was doing well. I won't lie, he's never been an amazing sleeper but he was no longer in pain and that was the main thing.

CMPI/A often goes alongside reflux so keep an eye on symptoms and don't be afraid to go back to docs if you see no improvement in certain symptoms.

One thing to watch out for is constipation so do lots of tummy massage and if necessary you can add an extra oz of water to the formula (if weight gain is not an issue).

Thank you. No warnings given but she already has very green, stinky poo and has real trouble getting wind through her. She's in a lot of pain because of it. I've been feeding her gripe water and calpol. Not something I like doing!

Weight gain is an issue. She needs to put on a bit but already has an issue with constipation Hmm.
