Tommee tippee teats

Hi just a question about tommee tippee teats. I'm using the vari-flow ones and they are splitting really quickly. They are lasting about a week so every week I'm having to buy new ones and it's costing me a fortune. My baby has been using them since birth and is now 5months and it's been happening since he was born. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks x

I would give the 6+ month ones a try. Stage three I think they are.

hi mel, I had this problem with my first ds so I emailed TT and they sent me new ones, just keep sending the split ones and hopefully they will continue to replace them x

Oh really I emailed them and they told me they had never heard of it happening before! They asked me to send a pic and then told me they were sending a free pack. I only got one which hasn't covered the amount I'm spending at all. Did you use them with your other children or switch to something else? If so what did you switch to cos I'm getting annoyed with it now x

Could it be the teat brush you are using that splits them? If taking a long time to drink out of fast flow teats then I would maybe try another brand rather than spend a fortune on replacing teats.

No cos I've used different brushes since he was born. If I switch to another brand completely then I will have to buy a new steriliser and bottles x
