who do i go to thats above head teacher ect please

hi all any help will be greatly appreciated,who or what is the name of the place/person i would go to thats above a head teacher or chair person ect?

the chair of governors....

but contacting them is a HUGE deal in most schools. Can it not be sorted with the head?

Above the chair of govs is the LEA.

Have you spoken to a parent gov?

These posts cover it really but try putting your case (whatever it is) informally through a telephone call first. Some LEA's have heads in consortiums, maybe you could ask to speak to another head to find out if your head is the problem or if all heads would react in a similar way!?

governors chair but it would put HT nose out of joint if theyhave passed a judgement already
