Lunchtime nap has ended but night bedwetting has started

DD, 3, has been potty trained for more than a year and has been out of night nappies for around 8 months. During that time she's usually had a daytime nap and has never had an accident. However, now she's dropped the nap she's started wetting the bed - presumably because she's so tired now when she goes to bed. She doesn't have drinks after around 5.30pm and I make sure she goes to the loo last thing before getting in bed. However, am despairing - and she hates that she's wetting the bed - as to how to stop it. Any advice please?
