Bit worried bout DDs poo

Wasn't sure where to post this. DD is 15 weeks and ebf. The last few days her poo is very watery with no 'bits'. She seems completely fine in herself - happy and smiley and she's feeding as usual as well.

She usually does a few huge poos in the morning and then doesn't really go until the evening (still has wet nappies though)

It was just this morning when I changed her she did an explosive poo, I managed to catch it in the nappy and when I looked it was completely liquid.

Is this something I should be worried about? Could it be something I'm eating or drinking?

I didn't want to read and not answer if she seems happy in herself she must feel okay could be just a little tummy bug. Speak to the health visitor or doctor if your worried.
