Bogeyman rhyme?

Hello all! My first post here -

I heard this at a kids group and want to find where it's from and the lyrics! It goes something like:

Mama's in the kitchen
doing a spot of mixing
along game the bogeyman and scared her away
Oh said mama, that's not fair
Oh said the bogeyman I DON'T CARE

It's a great little rhyme and there's a few more verses I can't remember - does anyone recognize it?

It sounds very similar to

Piggy on a railway
Picking up stones
Along came a train
And broke Piggy's bones
"Oh ! "Said Piggy
"That's not fair"
"Oh !" Said the engine driver
I don't care !
