Please help - soothing fighty baby to sleep with bad ankle (mum not bub)

My DD (15weeks) is a sleep fighter. I walk rock and jiggle her to sleep. I have to be standing. She has a radar that goes off the second I sit down. I've just badly sprained my ankle and am really very anxious about how to soothe her to sleep when DH isn't around. Any ideas anyone? Anyone else had this problem? What worked for you?

rocking chair?

Try adding some white noise? Sleep pillow is a good app.

Do you have a birth/exercise ball? Bouncing on that might work? Or if you have to be higher then standing with your injured knee on a chair could work.

Thank you!! Sorry for slow reply, had internet issues!
Ball is a great idea, will give that a try! Ewan the sheep will be working overtime too Grin
I might invest in a baby-swing or hammock...
