Do you literally see them crawling out of the bum hole?

Just checked DD who's 2, complaining of a sore bum for past few days, she goes nursery and is a thumb sucker so thinking maybe worms. Nothing crawling out of her bum though? What should I be looking for?

Mega itchy bum. If her hands are constantly at that area then treat.

There seems to loads about atm.

They are hard to spot until really infested. I would just treat anyway.

No harm in treating anyway? Her bum hole is red. Not overly itchy, she does itch but not a lot...

You can sometimes see little white wriggly things, particularly in the evening/night-time.

If she's two, and still in nappies, you might spot them wriggling around in the poo.

Probably no harm in treating anyway just in case.

We weren't sure recently ( not much actual itching but lots of writhing around and rubbing her bum on the floor) but treated anyway and it stopped almost overnight so I would do that personally.
