Finally asleep... on tummy

I think I have food poisoning. Been throwing up most of night. 9 week DD usually good sleeper has been awake and windy for nearly 2 hours. She's finally fallen asleep but on her tummy. Should I risk leaving her there? I feel desperate.

She'll be fine. Ds2 has only ever slept on his tummy since birth.

I'd leave her ten minutes to get into a deep sleep then turn her over. I wouldn't sleep myself for fretting about her being on her front.

Our lo often falls asleep on his tummy on me... I think it's fine. Only thing I do is try to not leave him in any one position for too long x

Thanks all. I was so shattered I fell asleep. And she was fine! Smile
