Runny poo at 20 months!

My 20 month old son still has very runny poo most of the time he goes (thankfully usually only once a day). I have recently stopped BF which I thought might be contributing but nothing changed. He drinks about a pint of cows milk a day. I was thinking perhaps it is a milk intolerance and tried him on soy to which he said yuck! Any advice would be great.

The only way to know for sure is to give up the milk, try chocolate soy milk, or just give calcium supplements and add oil to cooking to provide the fat he needs.
